This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff members from the reception were available at all the time. The beds were comfortable and the other guests had been normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, but they fix it. Very nice hotel and wonderful area. Unquestionably will advise Chiangmai Plaza Hotel Convention & Spa!

Wonderful place, almost everything is few steps. Employees are super welcoming and useful and talk wonderful English. There are actually activities every evening and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every single day. Only problem was my bed for being a little noisy but that’s pretty slight. Great value for the money!
